Fire Damaged Asbestos

Our teams are trained specialists and will respond at short notice to evaluate a fire damaged property.

We will make a detailed assessment of the fire damaged area to identify potential hazardous asbestos made materials that were present prior to or have been exposed due to the fire. These materials include all types of asbestos made products, to which we are licenced HSE contractors to survey and remove from the premises.

Once assessment has been made, a report will then be filed to provide you with an effective procedure to which all fire damaged asbestos materials and property will be removed safely from the premises.

In cases of minor to medium fire damage to the property, our teams are trained to safely remove asbestos made items and materials effected to allow your builders and/or tradesmen to restore the property safely. This may involve the use of high volume air movers, dehumidifiers and mould containment measures throughout the process which will help remove the smoke and smell from the fire damaged rooms.

Often in extreme fire damaged premises, we  safely remove all the asbestos and other hazardous materials such as biohard’s etc, to allow demolition work to safely proceed.
